PAYMENT METHODS

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe’s secure payment gateway.

  • All transactions are processed securely. Your payment details are never stored on our system.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

    Currently, we ship within Singapore. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email for easy tracking.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain products are non-returnable.

  • For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning any item.

  • Once the return is received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to arrange an exchange.
